Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of herbal consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Opened or used products
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Delay caused by courier services
5. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
